Zeon Lim, a Registered Senior Estate Negotiator engaged under Hartamas Real Estate (JB) Sdn Bhd. I have been in this industry since 2016, beginning from doing condominium rental and resales in Iskandar area. During these few years, I have explored different category real estate including franchise commercial leasing, industrial leasing and resales. Before doing marketing, I will follow my customer base and try my best to assist them marketing their existing properties even if I am not so familiar and doing my own study on those different category estates. To solve customer encountered issues, we also need to understand the legal part and financial part by consulting lawyers and bankers before giving advice and opinion. The real estate industry is a professional career path, it takes time to gain the property knowledge, build personal networking, study the market, understand the market trend, polish negotiation skills.
